Two years ago this weekend I had my first non fatal heart attack. This past Thursday I had my checkup with my heart Doctor. I have a one year call back and no restrictions except no heavy lifting-as in helping my neighbor move a piano. My whole experience from start of the heart attack till today has been interesting and informative.

So now what? I'm going to continue working on learning ASL; American Sign Language, writing essays and poetry for publication,
