8:ooAM Thursday 9/9/2004 Sunny weather here this morning, but the headlines in the newspaper are about Ivan and the picture of the path shows it's the same as Charley. Unless the storm is stronger than Charley it won't find many trees to blow down locally. But it will further damage all previously damaged property. That is if exact same path. Locally we hope it goes 15 miles north or 15 miles south. We can take the wind and rain, but leave us out of the eye. Good news. Our dearest nearest neighbor, Eleanor, is feeling just a little better. This allows for driving and being out and about her property, both enjoyable activities for her. Shingles, yikes-I hope I never get them. The insurance adjuster just arrived and is up on the roof. More news later...............bye, henry
