This is the link to Alligator Park web site.Alligator Park - 55 plus Mobile Home and RV Community Pat and I have lived here going on four years and we really enjoy it. The issue here in Charlotte County is that many mobile parks will not be rebuilt. The land is too valuable, the park cannot be rebuilt to new codes or the park is a private owned rental park and the owners have other interests.

I see no reason that will prevent Alligator Park from being rebuilt. The economics of living here are very favorable. A new home can be purchased for one side or the other of $45,000. There are two options, rent the lot from the Homeowners Association, or buy a share for $23,000 and get a discounted rent structure, currently $135 a month................bye for now, henry
