This picture shows what we are dealing with. This room is a screened sun porch with vinyl windows that slide up and down. I closed all the windows, put up foam insulation board and installed eight sectional bookcases. This is Pat's quilting, sewing and craft library. All the book shelves are full. This room was not built correctly and always leaked along the side where it joined the mobile home. After Charley buckled the roof it leaked in many places in the middle of the room. I calked from the inside, more than once, and we got by. But we're going to be real happy to have a new roof. This is the last of our three roofs that need to be rebuilt. Whew.....
